Elevator Lift

This is my newest ball machine lift, the Elevator lift. It is a elevator that changes direction, even though the motor only turns in one direction. It works all-mechanically. It uses in total 34 gears. It is in my latest ball machine, Apocalypse.

hi there I have built the elevator lift but am stuck on the forward and reverse motor gears, the one that is on instructables web site will not work with the lift its nice for a modal and that is all so can you help please.
